Sea Bass With Laurel Aroma

Sea Bass With Laurel Aroma

When cooking fish at home, oven cooking not only gives the most delicious results but also proves to be the best method to eliminate the smell afterwards. We have a sea bass recipe for you that is not only delicious but smells of the sweet fragrance of bay leaves. You will be able to work wonders with the least number of materials!

Sea Bass Fillet with Bay Leaves

4 Pınar sea bass fillet

1/2 teacup of extra virgin olive oil

1 lemon

4 bay leaves

Salt

Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees. Lightly grease the oven tray. Place the Pınar sea bass fillets that you have asked the fishmonger to clean or that you have cleaned with your own hands, onto the tray. Mix salt and olive oil in a separate cup and rub the mixture on the fillets. Place the lemons that have been cut into thick and round slices as well as the bay leaves on the fillets and put the tray into the oven. After 15-20 minutes, your fish fillets will be baked. Once you take the tray out of the oven, pour extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice as much as you would prefer on the fillets and you are ready to serve. We would recommend serving it with toasted bread and baked potatoes seasoned with spices. :)
